About Me
I began painting in my childhood with the guidance of my mother.
When I went to college from 1966 to 1970, I majored in Chinese Language and literature. I learned different styles of calligraphy and Chinese Brush Painting.
I obtained an Accounting degree when I came to the US in 1971 and worked as an accountant for many years. After I retired I picked up Chinese Brush Painting as a hobby. I took lessons from Lakeview Senior Center in Irvine.
I am a member of two Organizations, American Artists of Chinese Brush Painting (AACBP) and Orange County Chinese Art Association (OCCAA).
I attended many Art Exhibitions in Orange County public places like libraries, Great Park, and Senior center for many years. I really enjoyed sharing my paintings with the people in our communities.
Through the communication in art form, I think the residents in Orange County is more blended and understood each other better. If I could contribute my little effort of my art work and achieve harmonized communities, it would make my joy full!
